Who it's for
Is this you?
You want to get strong without getting hurt
We fix the movement pattern first, then add load. Strength you can keep is worth more than a personal best you pay for later.
You've trained before and stalled
Usually the issue isn't effort — it's structure. We build a progression you can actually follow across a busy year.
You're returning after injury or a long gap
Careful, graded loading with clear checkpoints so you know what's normal and what needs backing off.
Training around a stiff back or shoulder? Start with mobility coaching or add nutrition coaching alongside your sessions.

Questions
Personal training in Cambridge, answered
How much does a personal trainer in Cambridge cost?
Sessions are £60 for a single hour, £220 for four (£55 each) and £400 for eight (£50 each). The monthly membership is £380 for eight coached sessions plus nutrition and lifestyle support, which works out best value. The first consultation is free.
Where do sessions take place?
All 1:1 sessions run at Kelsey Kerridge Sports Complex, Queen Anne Terrace, off Gonville Place, Cambridge CB1 1NA — a few minutes from the city centre with parking on site.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Most people start after a long gap, an injury or years of desk work. Every plan begins with a movement and postural assessment, then load is added gradually from wherever you are today.
How often should I train?
Two coached sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, supported by a written programme for the days in between. One session a week still works if your schedule is tight.
Do you offer online or hybrid coaching?
Yes. If you travel or live outside Cambridge, we can run a mix of in-person sessions and remote programming with regular check-ins.
