What I offer
Coaching in Cambridge

Movement & Strength
Performance, function and physique — built around how you actually live. We fix movement first, then load it with intent.
Explore movement & strength
Mobility & Body Awareness
Improve how you move, not just how you train. We find the weak links and build control, range and resilience.

Lifestyle Coaching
Nutrition, recovery and stress all matter. Coaching isn't just about training — it's the habits outside the gym.

The approach
What I do

I combine training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle support into one clear plan. Practical, personal and built around the way you actually live.
No generic programmes. No short-term fixes. Just steady work that adds up — a strong body, a clear head and habits that hold up long after the block ends.

From a client
“Thanks to Tom's guidance, I not only regained full mobility of an injured shoulder, but also developed a renewed sense of confidence in both body and mind.”
Why me
Why I'm the coach for you
I coach movement, not just reps
Ten years in the industry, three distinctions in Sports Science and CHEK Institute training. I assess how you actually move before I write a single set — so you build strength on top of good mechanics, not on top of a problem.
Strength and aesthetics aren't a trade-off
You can move well and look the part. Same plan, no compromise — we train for the body you want and the joints you'll still need in twenty years.
I actually care how your week goes
Coaching doesn't stop at the hour. Sleep, food, stress and work all get factored in, and I'm checking in between sessions — because that's where progress is really won or lost.
The process
How it works
- 01
We start with an assessment to understand where you are now.
- 02
I build a programme around your goals, lifestyle and current level.
- 03
We progress step by step, adjusting the plan as you improve.
- 04
You get coaching that supports the whole picture, not one session at a time.
