Shoulder
Full overhead range after a long-standing shoulder injury
- Where we started
- Came in unable to press overhead without pain and had stopped trying. Years of guarding the joint had cost range in the whole shoulder girdle.
- What we did
- Rebuilt rotation and control at the shoulder blade before loading anything. Slow, boring, unglamorous work first — then pressing.
- Where it landed
- Pain-free overhead pressing and, in his words, a renewed sense of confidence in both body and mind.
“Thanks to his guidance, I not only regained full mobility of an injured shoulder, but also developed a renewed sense of confidence in both body and mind.”
